Mr. Bui Pham Khanh, Deputy Minister of Construction, Chairman of the program (Ministry of Construction) gave the “2010 High Quality Project Golden Medal” to Truong Tho apartments, Thu Duc Dist., performed by Hoa Binh, the main contractor and owned by Thuduc House.
