Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) has officially commenced the Soai Kinh lam Trading Center and Accommodation project. The project is owned by Phu An Hung Telecommunication It and Construction Investment Corporation and District 5 Public Services Co., Ltd. It is located at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao B, Phung Hung and Nguyen Trai, Ward 14, Dist. 5 with total area of over 4,800m² including one 30-storey block and one 18-storey block. The total value of contract is VND 823 billion.

HBC is the main contractor of underground works with the total investment capital of over VND 78 billion and its terms of construction is 165 days. Mr. Le Viet Hai, Chairman cum CEO of HBC said that it is one of the large scale projects that require high performance of technology. Particularly, it needs to be completed in short time schedule with 165 days of construction of underground works. Therefore, all of Hoa Binh staff will be committed to on-time schedule.

Commencement Ceremony of Soai Kinh Lam
