On 24 April 2007, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation started the construction of Unilever Homebase Project at lot C,11.1 Nguyen Luong Bang St. District 7 Phu My Hung, Saigon South, HCMC with Phu My Hung Co as the Investor and Sino Pacific as the project administration consultant

On 24 April 2007, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate  Corporation started the construction of Unilever Homebase Project at lot C,11.1 Nguyen Luong Bang St. District 7 Phu My Hung, Saigon South, HCMC

Unilever Homebase Project has PHU MY HUNG Co as the Investor and SINO PACIFIC as the project administration consultant. Hoa Binh Corporatin was entrusted with the buiding of this project by PHU MY HUNG CO and SINO PACIFIC Project administrator after it has completed successfully several de luxe residential projects in Phu My Hung new City The project comprises a basement and a three-storey building with an area of 16,440 sq meters

Hoa Binh Corp is the main contractor responsible for the building of the reinforced concrete structure as well as the finish work.

 The project is to be completed within 7.5 months
