The ground-breaking ceremony for The Horizon Tower is to take place in the morning of January 3^rd, 2007 and Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Joint Stock Corporation (235 Vo Thi Sau St., District 3, HCMC) is to start the construction of the Horizon high rise building at 214 Tran Quang Khai St, District I, HCMC. Horizon Tower is a big project jointly invested by FICO and VINAMILK. Horizon Tower is a commercial complex comprising a 25-storey high rise of 277 high-end apartments of diverse designs and sizes, a parking basement, a supermarket, swimming pools, amusement park, kindergarten, community house, restaurants, post offices and other facilities to serve the needs of the inhabitants in the high-rise as well as in nearby area. In the Horizon Tower project, Hoa Binh is the main contractor whose job is to build the whole structure of the building (foundation, walls, roof), interior decoration and exterior finish work, installation of electric and water systems.
