Son Kim Land assigned Hoa Binh to be general contractor of Serenity Sky Villas Project

July 12th, 2017, and signed the contract for the construction of Serenity Sky Villas in which Hoa Binh was chosen as main contractor.

Following the success of Gateway Thao Dien and Nassim, SonKim Land launches Serenity Sky Villas with the expectation to bring in a new luxury experience to elite customers. Serenity Sky Villas covers an area of 1,505 sqm located in Dien Bien Phu Street, bounded by Le Quy Don and Tran Quoc Thao street, with construction density of 55%. The project has two blocks of 17 storeys and 12 storeys consisting 45 sky villas of 1 to 4 bedrooms, garden villas and penthouses; ranging from 69,6 sqm and 512,8 sqm.
