Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture is D&B general contractor of AEON Mall Ha Dong Project with the value of more than VND2,000 billion

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd has sent the winning letter to Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture. Accordingly, Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture is D&B general contractor of AEON Mall Ha Dong Project (Ha Dong District, Hanoi) with total value of VND2,053 billion.

AEON Mall Ha Dong includes 1 basement, 1 ground floor and 3 floors with total construction size of over 150,000m2. Total design and construction time is 25 months. It is expected to be launched in late 2019, and will become one of the largest shopping mall in Vietnam. AEON Mall Ha Dong is the first project implemented by Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture. Previously, in February 2017, Kajima Vietnam Co., Ltd and tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá JSC signed a strategic cooperation in the field of construction. With the strengths of each partner, this strategic cooperation will bring more added values to the key projects of the client. This is also the first project AeonMall Vietnam has assigned the construction to Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture. There were 04 previous projects assigned to Obayashi.

Besides of AEON Mall Ha Dong, Hoa Binh has just won the construction contract of Risemount Apartment Da Nang, which is the first phase of Movenpick Hotels & Residences and Risemount Apartment Da Nang. Total investment is up to VND1,800 billion. The project includes 2 basements and 30 floors invested by PAVNC Joint Stock Company. Hoa Binh is the main contractor to construct the basement and the body with the value of VND234 billion (previously constructed a tower in the first phase of the project). This project was signed the contract and commenced on 04/11/2017.
