Commencing 2 new projects in HCMC and Quang Ninh

CH2 - CityLand Z751 Apartment Project is belong to CityLand Park Hills Project developed by City Real Estate LimitedCompany (CityLand) with the scale of two basements and three 13-storey blocks. Hoa Binh is the main contractor to construct the basement, the body, the finishing, and the internal roads. This is the fourth project that Hoa Binh constructs atCityLand Park Hills Project. In fact, Hoa Binhcompleted the inter-school and pre-school, Z751residential project including 42 houses. Currently, Hoa Binh is constructing the office building of CityLand.

Euro Shophouse is belong to the Five Continents - Four Seas project consisting of 328 shophouses. Hoa Binh is the main contractor to constructthe phase 1 including 164 shophouses (each shophouse includes 5 floors). Besides that, Hoa Binh also commenced West Gate Square Project, which is belong to Halong Bay Ocean Park Project with the scale of 195 hectares between Bai Chay and Hong Gaideveloped by SunGroup. Hoa Binh is the main contractor to construct the foundation structure, floor beams, pillars, and finishing of the square and the stadium.
