Hoa Binh has won more projects with the value of over VND3,000 billion

tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá JSC (HBC) has received the announcement of winning the tenders of new projects in Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Phu Quoc with total value of over VND3,000 billion.

Accordingly, Hoa Binh is the main contractor to construct two hotel towers, basements, podium, and pavilions zones of Alma Resort project (Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa) invested by Thien Duong Bay Resort Limited Company. Total contract value is VND1,334 billion. The construction time is 380 days. Located at Long beach in Nha Trang Bay, Alma Resort is a luxury resort with the land of 30ha including 200 villas and 400 luxury apartments.

The second project is Lancaster Lincoln invested by Trung Thuy Group (TTG Holding). This investor has continued to assign Hoa Binh to be the general contractor of this project to construct the body, finishing, and mechanical engineering with total contract value of nearly VND1,400 billion. This project includes 3 basements, two 40-storey blocks, and a 8-storey tower. It is estimated to complete this project by the end of June 2020.

In addition, B.I.M Group has assigned Hoa Binh to do the construction package of reinforced concrete and plaster B2 and B5 of the WaterFront project (belongs to Intercontinental Phu Quoc project) including 1 basement and 5-storey shophouses. Total contract value is VND287 billion. This result comes from the trust of the investors towards Hoa Binh in its current construction projects including 12-storey staff accommodation, 76 villas of this project.
