At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also stated that the estimated budget revenue for Ho Chi Minh City in last year increased 17.47% compared to the implementation in 2017. In particular, the number of budget allocation in economic sector increased too high compared to 2017 (28.43%), exceeding the ability to mobilize revenue in the area. As a result, at the present time, Ho Chi Minh City basically completes the task of budget allocation assigned by the Central Government. There is the effort of business production and the contributions of enterprises and businesses.

Being in the group of 24 enterprises with the budget remittance from VND 500 billion to VND 1,000 billion, Hoa Binh is increasingly asserting its capacity, brand name, and reputation through its business activities, the trust from many investors to assign the projects with the value of thousands of VND billion including foreign investors as Keppel Land (Singapore), Gamuda Land (Malaysia), and large real estate units in the country.
