From 10/01/2019, tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá has officially implemented the "Electronic bidding management system on the Internet" for bidding procurement replacing the precious ways.

Electronic bidding management system on the Internet is integrated with the project management system to bring the advantages such as: Information on bidding documents, time of bidding closure, and the bidding will be officially opened for all Contractors at the same time. The submission of bidding application after the bidding closing time shall be considered as invalid ones for any reason. Before the bidding opening, the bidding application of the Contractors are fully encoded at the highest level, so no one can read them until the bidding opening. Hence, the bidding process and clarifying the bidding documents are transparent to all Contractors participating in the bidding package.

The development and application of an electronic bidding management system on the internet are to improve the transparency, fairness, and better conditions for the subcontractors and suppliers working with Hoa Binh.
