On 18/1/2019, Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture topped out Aeon Mall Ha Dong Shopping Center project after 6 months of construction.

This is a project invested by Aeon Mall Vietnam Co., Ltd. with the scale of 1 basement, 4 floors on total construction floor of more than 150,000 m2. Kajima - Hoa Binh Joint Venture is the General Contractor for Design and Build (D&B) with total value of VND 2,053 billion. This is the first project that Kajima and Hoa Binh jointly implemented.

It is expected to hand over this project to run the business by the end of 2019. This project is promised to become one of the largest shopping centers in Vietnam.
