The total value of the package is VND 1,340 billion. The estimated construction time is 650 days. With this new package, the total winning value of Hoa Binh at VinCity Sportia project is VND 2,416 billion. At the present, Hoa Binh is simultaneously executing the construction of 30 Vincity towers in Hanoi and 9 Vincity towers in Ho Chi Minh City.

The perspective of Sunshine City Saigon project

Saigon Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company (belonging to Sunshine Group) has just assigned to Hoa Binh to be the main contractor to construct the foundation, basement, structure of 3 towers B, C, D (36-38 floors) of Sunshine City Saigon project (District 7, HCMC). The contract value is VND 570 billion. The estimated construction time is 430 days. Previously, the investor had assigned the construction of Tower A. Hence, total winning value of Hoa Binh in this project was nearly VND 780 billion.

The perspective of Sol Villas project

Besides, Hoa Binh also received 3 other projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Vinh Long including: General contractor to construct the foundation, structure, outside finishing of 163 shop houses and villa of Residential Z751 - Zone B&D (Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City). The value of the package is VND 306 billion, and is the 7th bidding package that CityLand has assigned to Hoa Binh; general contractor to construct the structure, exterior and mechanical construction of 32 villas of Sol Villas Area project (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City) of Saigon Construction Joint Stock Company (SCC) with the value of more than VND126 billion; main contractor to construct all piles, structure, finishing and electromechanical, outside infrastructure of Industrial - Office - Commercial Complex Building in Phu Hoa Industrial Zone (Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province) invested by Vinh Long Import-Export Production and Trading Joint Stock Company with the value of VND 155 billion.

All 5 new packages are worth nearly VND 2,500 billion.
