Broker Meeting of HBC: Hoa Binh has a new strategic partner

At the meeting, Mr. Le Viet Hai also officially informed that Hoa Binh will sign a cooperation agreement with strategic business partner Hyundai from South Korea in the coming time and take the next steps to submit to the shareholders' meeting in April, with negotiated prices higher than the stock prices on the current market. The Korean partner highly appreciated the capacity, the brand of the corporation and the development potential of Hoa Binh. This is an opportunity for the two sides to cooperate and improve international status.

Mr. Le Viet Hai shared the operation system in Hoa Binh focusing on both human and financial resources, applying management systems of international standards. Especially, in order to implement the strategy of developing foreign markets, the group has cooperated with McKinsey (USA) - the world's leading consultancy recently.
