On 24 & 25/08/2019, the opening ceremony of the football tournament "White Dove League 2019 - national cup competition" was held in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi with the participation of 25 teams in Ho Chi Minh City and 18 teams in Hanoi.

This is the 8th time that tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá organizes the "White Dove League" football tournament. This is also the second year that the football event is organized in over the country. After the opening ceremony, at the same day, the first round was carried out in the exciting atmosphere. The first round in 5 regions including Da Nang, Quang Ninh, Phu Quoc, Quang Ngai and the combined region Binh Dinh - Phu Yen - Khanh Hoa will also be kicked off in the coming time in order to select the 8 best teams in the country to go to the final around. Total prize value of this football tournament is up to VND250 million.
