Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center project - phase 2 - Exhibit B is invested by Saigon Exhibition and Fair Joint Venture Company. The project has a construction area of 12,231 m2, using structural measures of large span steel frames.

The Joint Venture of tỷ lệ soi kèo bóng đá and Dai Dung Trading Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company is the main contractor to implement the main construction package from foundation structure to the roof. The construction time is 465 days.
