Hoa Binh Group has deliver part of the Vinhomes Ocean Park on schedule to Investor Vingroup

Recently, Hoa Binh delivered 2 towers no.11 and 12 and high rise Vinhomes Ocean Park project to investor . Before that, Hoa Binh delivered 112 mansions at Sao Bien (Ocean Star) 28 mansions at Hai Au. Currently, the first few building from Vinhomes Ocean Park has delivered to the investor to proceed giving them to the customers.

located in Gia Lam, Hanoi, with the total area is 420ha design was based on the modern Singapore city images. Vinhomes Ocean Park with more than 60 high rise apartment, and 2000 mansions with the same system of office, and commercial center, entertainment section, landscape, park… with the artificial ocean that 6.1ha, tropical section 24,5ha. When Hoa Binh participate in this project and as a general contractor to finish the complete frame structure for 3 sections: first section has 1 basement and 4 towers 25-26 storey, 2^nd section has 1 basement, 6 towers 25-26 storey, and 3^rd section is 1 basement and 3 towers 25-26 storey.

After 18 months of construction and a huge works given has been completed, Hoa Binh Group achieved 7.1 million and deliver to the client on schedule. The next phase Hoa Binh will deliver to the Vingroup on 4/2020.
