On 21/07/2020, competition between students about the career path ideas in 2020 (SV – STARTUP – 2020) organized at Architect University in HCM city. Participated in this program, Chairman Le Viet Hai shared some tips to students about their career path.

At the event, Mr shared in the forum “the role of corporation about leading path, support startup career path for students”: “When students has ideas what they want to do in their career, we need to place in a competitive nature since we are not only supply the services for the local market. Any ideas will need to think about when we made a product, it needs to serve 7.7 billion people in this earth. Because when we have that mindset we can made the best product; therefore, we can proudly present our products abroad. Every new ideas, innovations need to aim at globalization goal, 80 times bigger than the local market, especially the construction industry is 800 times bigger. For construction industry, we need reach out to the overseas market and be successful, and if we capture the 1% of the market share globally, the construction industry will become the core economy for Vietnam. When we have the competitive advantage, we can go abroad, especially in this golden population.”

The SV – STARTUP – 2020 competition tried to encourage the basic foundation of the education program, give students some training to form the career path, and this will create a big attraction, from that point, they can experience themselves and test their ability. For 2 years in operation, SV – STARTUP received 350 projects from education program, and 150 projects from high school. In which, 70% projects has goods presentations and 30% projects has some ideas and waiting to test their goods.
