This cement carpet is split into two phases, first phase the work is finished with 1359 m3 and for the second phase the work is 5556m3. Especially, for the 2^nd phase, even though the weather is extreme unfavor, with lots of cold rain for many days combine with many crucial criteria; however, Hoa Binh triumph and finished their works in a speedy matter – with 2000m2 cement work done in just 9 days, which is ahead of schedule for 8 days.

The project is expected to deliver to the investor for Lotte Properties limited co, Hanoi in January of 2023.
