Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Phan Minh Vu - Deputy General Director of BW Industrial Development JSC said that BW fully believes in the capacity and prestige of Hoa Binh to bid for this project. BW Industrial Development JSC is a company providing high quality warehouse leasing and factory leasing services. Currently, BW's system of factory leasing projects has been built in key economic areas in the North and South and will continue to expand in the central region of Vietnam.

This is also the second project that Hoa Binh started construction in Binh Duong province in the last week of 2020, previously on December 24, 2020 Hoa Binh started construction of Hikari expansion project in Binh Duong New City Center invested by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd.
