On 8th April 2015, tỷ lệ bóng đá ngày mai held the Commencement Ceremony for basement work package of the luxurious apartment project Estella Heights Phase 2 (located in District 2, HCMC) invested by Tien Phuoc Joint Venture and Keppel Land (Singapore).

The Project has the scale of 2 basements, 2 front 34 – floor buildings and 2 rear 33 – floor buildings. It is estimated to finish in 7 months. After Project Saigon Centre, Estella Heights is the second project in which tỷ lệ bóng đá ngày mai has cooperated with Keppel Land; is also the second one tỷ lệ bóng đá ngày mai has cooperated with Tien Phuoc Company after Le Meridien Saigon 5 – star Hotel.
