9th December 2014, Hoa Binh anh Van Thanh Joint Stock Company celebrated the topping out of Pearl Plaza office tower project at 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.

This is complex project which includes commercial centers, supermarkets, offices and appartments with 4 basements and 2 towers, one 23-storey appartment tower and a 33-storey office tower. Earlier, on 6th October 2014, the apartment tower was topped out by Hoa Binh 7 days ahead of schedule.
At the ceremony, Van Thanh Joint Stock Company renamed SSG Tower project to the new name Pearl Plaza. It is expected that the project will be completed in May 2015.
